Frame buildings
- Application: industrial, warehouse and retail premises, greenhouse complexes, agricultural buildings, garages, car washes, etc.
- Advantages: high speed of construction; resistance of the structure to negative environmental influences, such as seismic activity, moisture, wind; economical construction technology; incombustibility and environmental friendliness
- Design features: the building is based on the main load-bearing frame of walls and roof made of lightweight thin-walled sigma profile made of high-strength galvanized steel 2.5 mm thick. Components for the assembly of the building frame are manufactured on special cold forming equipment in factory conditions with an accuracy of up to 2 mm.
Tent-mobile structures
- Purpose: tent-mobile structures are designed for parking and maintenance of large-sized equipment.
- Advantages: shelters of this type are easy to install, convenient to operate and, if necessary, can be promptly dismantled and transported to a new location. They do not take up much space during transportation. Comply with fire safety requirements.
- Design features: awning-mobile structures are a prefabricated frame made of cold-rolled galvanized profiles with awning coating.
- Installation: the production of profiles in size and the pre—assembly of frame fragments before enlargement are carried out at the factory, the assembly of structures for installation is carried out directly on the construction site using special technology with the use of special equipment. All profile connections are carried out without welding — on bolts.
